whats the reason im getting cramps sometimes after my workouts? like if i train biceps/fore arms, sometimes ill go home and if i contract my arm too much, my forearm will lock up. just happened to my upper left abs right as i was reading this. this all started when i tried epistane, about 9 months ago, the extremely bad cramps i got from that went away, but i still get less serious ones sometimes. im assuming its a water retention related, sodium/ pottassium kind of thing?
