The reason I asked what your hams looked like now is because you had such few sets there. You do more sets for your biceps than you do for your hamstrings correct? Which of those muscles is the larger one on the human body? Which of yours is more developed?

Most people do 6-8 sets for hams at the end of their quad workout and write off lack of development as bad genetics or a hard gainer. (I did this very thing myself years ago). But yet will blow their biceps out of the water with 12 sets when they train them and get an awesome pump.

You should be getting the exact same quality of pump in the hamstrings that you do in the biceps. Train them on a day that doesn't have quads. I switched mine up to Back/Hams day. (Only because my back is my best bodypart and I can get away with doing 4-6 sets total on it for growth).

Also, you need to bump up that protein a bit too that you are having each day.

good points , will add some more protein, and up ham routine lol,i will admit i have lacked on that, which is ironic because the bodypart i most respect is a decent of wheels, hams quads calves , biceps i give 6-8 sets usually same for triceps

Measure them? I do know that the longer the arms are, the easier a deadlift will be, but the harder a bench press will be. Because in the bench you have to push the bar over a longer path of resistance.

Most people are average, people with shorter limbs put on muscle faster and easier than people with long limbs. But people with long limbs look better once they add muscle and fill out.

No joke here, there is a dude down at the watering hole that when he holds his arms straight down, his finger tips touch his belt. When he gets mad and throws a hissy fit, he looks like a T-Rex swatting away flies with his little limbs.

Then again, I used to watch the late Eddie Guerro when he wrestled and couldn't help but to think he could tie his shoes without bending over. His arms were dangly long. But when he hit the sauce and they blew up, they looked great.

I think I know this one.
Da Vinci's drawing, The Vitruvian man is supposed to show the perfect proportions of a human body, the arms should each be 3/8 the full height of a person and the legs should be 1/2 their height. So if your inside leg measurement is less than half your overall height, they're short, and long if they're more than half. Likewise If the length of your arm is less than 3/8 your height they're short and long if greater than 3/8 your full height.

I'm probably going to start a dbol, test, and Anastrozole cycle shortly. I was wondering what dosage you would suggest being my first cycle. Also when I'm finished with the cycle will I need to stay do another cycle in order to not lose everything? I will continue to work out and keep my nutrition up.
