Same, I dumped my land line and went for cable internet at home just to get rid of the telemarketers years back.

huh? i was refering to social stigma and social anxiety....talking to a person you've never spoken to before and to ask them questions can be very difficult for some people..especially if it's related to business. some may perceive it as "rude" or "disrespectful", just like some guys who never go up to random woman think it may be perceived as the same thing.

alot of people put up these perceived or imaginary boundaries of "Why" they can't do something.
as long as you're holding yourself to a high moral standard, being respectful and being ethical, i think all that other shit is BS and just imaginary boundaries to your goal .

It is a skill I have been doing it B2B for 4 years and I am very good at it.

I was sitting with younger rep listening to his calls he is pretty good however he made a few grand fuck ups. He asked if they had the time of course they are going to say no. Never ask assume they have all the time in the world for you.

Puddlemonkey I have started business relationship over the past two years that have generated millions yes millions in sales all by a phone call. I work in IT people have a lot of options whom to buy from but I am trully there best option they either know that after a few sales or will know it very soon.

Everyone needs a little hope.
I used to sell sunrooms.
I'd have to hang out in the front of Home Depots and Sams Clubs.
That job really sucked.
A few bitches actually made me cry a little.
I didn't want to be there, I just had to pay my rent.
It helped that I was cute.
Guys would ask for my number and I'd tell them I'd give it to them if they filled out the little customer interest form.
Again, that job really sucked.
But I am always nice to people with jobs like that.
I feel their pain.
I don't want to make them cry.
