This appears to be the question of the week. The delta4 steroid isomer known as 19-nor-4-androstene-3, 17-dione (AKA nandrolone) is a synthetic testosterone derivative that does NOT aromatize to estrogen. Without aromitization, no estrogen-induced gyno will occur. This means Anti-estrogens such as Arimidex or blockers such as Nolva, will have no effect on gynco caused by these compounds. What scientists think is occuring is the structure becomes a 19-nor progesterone which activates the progesterone receptors which in turn causes gyno in susceptible individuals. There are only two compounds available which are currently being used as anti-progesterones. The first is RU-486, the abortion pill. The second is stanozolol (Winny). In doses of 25-50mg QD, Winny acts as a progesterone-blocker and will prevent gynco caused by Tren and Deca. However, it is less effective in removing it once it has formed. While Mac and others report some improvement with anti-Prolactin compunds such as Dostinex, this info is anectodal and as yet has no scientific basis. This does not mean, however, that it may not be true. Hell, to get rid of bitch tits, anything is worth a try!
