I'm smack in the middle of a cycle and got myself a monster hernia the other day doing leg presses(big weights big rewards or big risks). My knee move out of alignement and down it came.
I'm now black and blue from my right knee all the way around to the top of my left thigh. Somewhat tender but getting less daily.
Has anyone been able to continue training and how intense can you train or what type of recommendations would you give me in helping to continue leg training
