Has anyone here developed the dreaded puffy nips, and or a slight case of gyno then dropped their bodyfat down to 5-6%? Did the nips decrease too, or was it even more noticeable than before?

The single best cure for puffy nips is getting down to about 7%. IMO

i'm actually worried about the same thing bro. only my bf is at about 17-18% right now. i'm on dbol(20mg to retain muscle) t3 and clen, so hoping to get down around at leas 10-12. i have slightly puffy nips only because i think its because of all the prohormones i took back inthe day. i hope when i get down low enough they puffiness will go away. if not, i'll try and load up on nolva, see if that helps. we'll see.

That sucks on ice, he's gonna get on stage like that? At some point you gotta break down and go under. I cringe just reading that, but you're right in that drop bf isn't always the magic bullet. They are suprisingly resilent.
