another ANAVAR QUESTION

Hi,
I started Anavar cycle 3 weeks ago {british dragon}. I carry it well, but i want to get down my BF and lean down. I'm on 10mg {5mg in AM and 5mg in PM}.

As a side effect I noticed mild acne, but nothing unusuall.
What I wanna ask I feel like I am retaining water...my jeans are tighter I did not weight myself, but I can feel it on clothing. Is it normal???

I'm also taking SYNTHROID 200mg every day...I am hypothyroid
before exercise I take energy pill with ephedrin
Milk thistle
fish oil 2 tabs daily
B complex

I work out 5 days + 4 days cardio
1. AM cardio 45-60min {HIIT or moderate intensity} PM LEGS
2. Chest + abs 4x 10-12 rep
3. AM cardio HIIT 30-45min sometimes outdoor activity in PM
4. BACK +ABS 4x 10-12rep
5. AM cardio 45-60min PM Shoulders
6. BIC+TRIC + cardio 30-60min
7. OFF

DIET
1. meal -before morning exercise
greek yogurt FF {80cal}
1/4 cup fiber one cereal + handfull blubarries

2. MEAL- after work out or cardio
3/4 cup egg whites
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 teas PB

3.Meal
4 oz chicken breast
lettuce/tomatoes/cucumber
1 teas low fat dresing

4.Meal
4 oz chicken breast / fish - usually grilled with olive oil
vegetables- broccoli, lettuce, or asparagus

5.Meal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 TB low fat yogurt
1 teas PB

I drink 3-4 L H2o I like crystal lite

Is here something I should change??? Why I feel like I retain water, why my pants are tighter? How long it takes to notice some difference on Anavar? I know everybody different I am just curious how was your experience?

I'm sure someone will come in with some good advise. I am not that familiar with any anabol, but my guess is that you're getting some size, which is what anavar is for..????

Are you taking it to gain muscle size? If so, you are.
If you're taking it to get lean, your diet + a good fat burner will do it.

BTW, your diet is pretty good!!
 
in my opinion, anavar as it is slightly androgenic your body to adjust to the external influence can retain some water, the acne is a side from using it. why did you start with such a high dose?
 
hi I started at 5mg 1 week, then 7.5mg 2nd week, now 3rd week 10mg.
Yes I am trying lean down...lose BF, would like have more definition.
Should I lift with heavy weights? Should I do more cardio and less weights??
 
I see now, you raised to dose to quickly that is why you are having water retention.
regarding your questions, you will experience some more strenght so if possible increase weights but to the point of getting the reps you are doing, at this point you can add more abs work.
 
ok thx for respond so the point is that if I added the dosage too quickkly my body need some time to take it..it means that I should not worried about that that much. am I right?
