Amino Acids, which?

I used to buy carbo force by the case. Thats shit tastes soooooo good. But thats back when a case of 24 was $24.00

I do have a few pounds of glycomaize though. Any recomended amino powders that dont taste like chalk?

What would be a reasonable amount of carbs during w/o? I know the carbo force had 405g of simple carbs. I used to notice a big difference in stamina during w/o with those. Was hard not to slam them right down.

now I have just been drinking water during w/o as always. Taking a lipo flame or two pre w/o I usually drink a half gallon just during w/o

Cytomax all taste incredible. And you definitely don't need that many simple carbs during your workout. I usually go for about 30 gs mixed with the BCAAs. I can post literature that supports Carbs + BCAAs is better than Carbs alone or BCAAs alone.

As for BCAAs, ICE has a subtle taste with higher quality BCAAs than most Amino Acid supps on the market. Xtend tastes good but it can be overwhelming at times. A lot of users experience headaches from the sour taste/amount of sweeteners.

ICE is really, hands down, one of the best BCAA products on the market and you get an incredible amount of servings in one tub.

The problem with drinks is that you can't carry them around. They're big and they'll get warm. Also, there's a question taste. Some may love it, some may not. And again, anything with hydrolyzed is going to be bitter. With caps or a thin wafer, just pop a few, anytime and you're done. Me and needto both like this idea and we'll probably chugging them all day long!

It's such a simple concept but what's exciting is now you can flood the system with aminos and THAT is what makes muscles grow. You can have a 50 gram shake but the body only utilizes what it grabs as it goes along. So you only get a portion of it. But if you pop a few caps in between meals, you ALWAYS have a positive nitrogen retention. And for me, who's always on the go, it's great. I can grab a slice of pizza and add a few pills and BOOM, it's a 30-40 gram of protein meal. That's gonna be awesome.

Why can't you carry drinks? .. and .. water doesn't lose it's temperature very quickly.

To me, it's just simpler. (I also like my drinks ice cold). You can carry a drink in a knapsack each day but a bottle of pills...well, you use what you want and put them back in the bag and forget them and take them out again when you need them. For most people, that's a lot more convenient. Hell, throw a bottle in the glove compartment of your car and they'll stay for months.
 
You dont see me anywhere any time without a gallon jug of H2O. Its always at room temperature too. Pisses my wife off "how can you drink that piss?"

I have one of those Giant shake containers and make a 6 scoop shake in the morning with an appropriate amount of milk too. Apx 200g protien. I keep it with me and sip on it all day with meals and in between.

Ya they should be a lot less filling then slugging back a larg drink. God most everyone is drinking enough as it is. Gallon of water, 3 shakes,another shake for this and another for that.

I like the idea of a wafer better but will see how easy it will be to make it like that. Wafers used to be all the rave a long time ago to. I remember my old man used to chew some chocolate body builder wafer all the time. I would eat one every now and then. Think I was like 8. I liked the taste of it what ever it was. Protein wafer I think. Even as a kid I would pop on in chew it up and it was gone in seconds. Be trying to steal another lol..
 
The only thing I actually like about drinking shit all day is that it makes me feel full. Wierd?
If i feel fuller, i'm not feeling like I'm starving to death.
When I eat, like a few minutes ago, I had 10 oz of ground beef with a load of fresh garlic. 20 minutes later I feel like I am starving to death. Its the same with every meal no matter what I eat. After I eat I'm even hungrier than before.
