Alright fellas....starting CKD tomorrow.

I had plane prok rinds the other night, they are kind off flavorless, so I dipped them in ranch bacon chip dip, it was pretty good.

BeastToy, I stopped taking carbs postworkout just to see the difference, I havent noticed anyhting yet, but like I said before, for some people taking carbs pw will kick them out of ketosis, some people it wont
 
Man....I feel like I can't even flex right now I feel so drained....the workout or lack of should be interesting tonight. Back too....May just sitck with the bar for deads.

There's alot of CKD stuff in the diet forum. I can't do zero carbs; don't have the discpline for it. I just try to stay between 50-80 with most of it after my workout. Here's what I'm doing now.


Meal 1- 4 whole eggs/1 egg white
7AM

Meal 2- 50grams whey w/1 tbsp Udo's Choice
10AM

Meal 3- 6 oz. Chicken/turkey Breast and 1/3 cup Cashews/sunflower seeds
noon

Meal 4- 3.5oz can tuna/chicken w/2 tbsp Udo's Choice
4PM

Meal 5- 25gms whey protein/25gms dextrose (post-workout meal)
7:30PM

Meal 6- same as meal 3
8:30PM

Meal 7- same as meal 2 or 4
11:30PM

Isn't that only about 2400 ckals? If so, why that low?

Obviously, but bodweight times 12 is standard for cutting. He would be doing bodyweight times 10.

I believe he may be getting ready for a show....not to mention that it can vary for people for maintence and cutting.

Hell, I think I could gain weight eating pussy.
