Actually, you should try it. This is the easiest diet I've ever done in my life. The cashews have make all the difference in the world. Between the eggs, cashews & oils my fat is around 100gms/day. The only rough part is going from 4pm to 7:30pm and working out before eating. Other than it's truly a breeze. I'm 236 lbs and I could do this for months.

I'll see how this goes for me first.
 
I've been under my calories everyday this week...I really haven't had an appetite....wonder how this will affect me.

well if you're under your maintenence caloric intake... you'll lose even more wieght. problem is you'll be losing muscle too.

Yeah...but I wonder at what rate. I know there is now way to tell...I'm not under by much though.

I havent read responses....foods that helped me:

Pork rinds
All sorts of nuts
salads with ham turket bacon etc with ranch dressing
bacon
counrty ham
eggs
beef
cheese

I think it's hard to tell what the rate is.

as for being made fun of on a different site... that's nothing new. however it is kind of flattering that I'm the butt of all jokes on two different websites.

too bad I cant visit steroidology..... that website name won't fly here. it's a stupid name if you ask me.

I believe they are working on changing it...I think Project might know more.

BTW...I'm hitting my protein intake, just not my fat....that should help.

Never had pork rinds....I'll have to try them.


I'm eating the rest, except the nuts....too many carbs...bumps me up too quick.
