Don't know if it just me, but I feel like shit after one day.

Give it few days for your body to adust. Remember, your body is depleted of glyogen, which helps hold water. Without the water, you are going to look flat.

that's one giant fishbowl then.

are you taking carbs postworkout?

and do you drink booze at all?

Fuck...set myself up for that one.

I started the diet yesterday and didn't have a workout...today I'm working out. Plan on a MRP afterwards....sound good?

I drink once in a great while....I am in a wedding this weekend and will be tapping the bottle, and drinking out of it too.

I was wondering what post workout carbs to do ketosis.

and I was wondering what alcohol does to ketosis as well.

Here I thought you were trying to help...sould of known.

Post workout carbs from what I hear doesn't effect ketosis if you keep it in the right range....they just replenish. I would say save the drinking for your carb-up day.

trying to help? I'm just asking questions big head.

What is the right range for carbs post workout?

Hi,

I'm new here. I was thinking of starting CKD. I did a search on it, but I'm still confused. Does it work well for a women or is it mostly for men. On the carb up days, what do you eat. Is it strictly carbs only. How can I find out how many carbs are in things like veggies. Obviously, I'm very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

shit, now you guys got me second guessing mahself, I believe I had read numorous times that taking 20-30 gms of carbs post workout will not kick you out of ketosis

I have done several searches in the past 20 minutes and have came to the conclusion that taking carbs postworkout may or may not kick you out of ketosis, I believe this is based on how your body reacts to the postworkout carbs, therefore it is different from person to person.

I might try and take some R-ala with mah pw shake and see how that works out, personnaly I dont get kicked out after pw shake, some say even whey protien will shortly interupt ketosis, so maybe casien and 20-30 gms of carbs, 1 tbls of flax, and 1 r-ala cap would be ideal, not sure

just be like Nature Boy, him and Bilt like mix it up and try different things now and again

I believe it works well for women, but correct me if Im wrong here, but I believe that women have more estrogenic fat, therefore sometimes this can be known as "stubborn fat", and it can be harder to get rid of. Also I know I dropped a bunch of water weight when i started this, and women do hold more water, so right off the bat you might lose more than a man

try this before askin 7,985,387 questions, trust me there is much more than you could even believe
