Alright fellas....starting CKD tomorrow.

Okay...dragging ass....felt real weak in the gym yesterday, still foggy and jittery today....scale says down 3 pounds, feel less bloated as well, but flat too. So far, no real cravings and still excited by the diet.

You going to try it?

Your diet was rough....could never do it...not only low carb, but fat as well. Where do you get your energy from?
 
Going to try a Friday evening to Saturday Evening...going to fight all urges on Friday though....going to use r-ala too.

Like I've said...I was sketchy on this too.....Mr. X says no, but CKD.com says yes. Poyeboy is having good results taking in PW carbs.

I actually just told gymtime yesterday I am going to go a week or so no PW carbs see how I can do going from in and out ketosis and go from there. I' just don't want to run the risk of being kicked out prematurely.
