I dont know much about Ron Paul at this point. But, I will look a bit more into his positions.
If what RP man is true, then that is the party I joined. I am a registered republican. I joined the Party because I believed in the core values of: keeping govt small and out of my personal life, my wallet, and keep me safe.
The current admin wants to shove its religious beliefs down my throat,(abortion, gay marriage, drugs..etc) while at the same time having its leading representatives sucking off other men in public bathrooms.. Its fuckin hypocrisy. Maybe this is the wrong forum for this subject. But, please save yourself the embarrassment of making dumb statements and sounding like a dimwit. You see, a guy like bigcracker, who has some pretty strong beliefs and somewhat outlandish positions can at least articulate his positions clearly and not sound like a dumb shit.

My phylosophy of life tends to be on the Republican side. However, I am first of all an American. And I am fucking tired and fed up of these politicians selling this nation over the last maybe 25 years. And I hate to see this; this thread; where regular joes fight each other for political reasons. Our discussions are the side effect of decisions taken by an administration and not actually from a governement representing the ideas of a whole nation. When will be the day we can bring back America to what it was before; a peaceful prosper stable piece of land; with freedom, order, pride and patriotism. When will be the day we can choose to work the land and make a good livin' again without the need of disgusting foreigers invading the country illegally.

I doubt the actual scenario can change with some current candidate. The situation will change when Americans decide once and for all to take action and recover what has been lost.
