Under normal circumstances, I would say this guy has no chance of winning. Just like any other candidate that "planned to do things differently." (Ross Perot, Ralph Nader) But after 2 terms with George Bush the American people who truly want "Small Government" are starting to doubt the current Republican regime. George Bush on paper was pro limited Govt. but he's proven to be anything but. Now the 2 leading candidated for the Republicans are, a Mormon from Massachusets, and a pro-gay rights, pro-abortion man who wears dresses in public and married his cousin. I'd say Ron Paul has a good chance. Even Ross Perot got 20% of the vote in 1992, and that was against 2 other candidates. Ron just needs to toughen his stance on terrorism. Thats how Bush got re-elected, it was bullshit but it was what the people wanted to hear.
