I was briefly intrested in Ron Pauls positions. I like his gun rights view points. Then he starts talking about wanting to get rid of the CIA, and blaming America for 9/11.

Ron Paul never said it was the American peoples fault for 9-11. That's how the media twisted it to discredit him.

See Ron Paul has enemies in high places, and it's because his concern is for the general welfare of this country; not the corporations; CEO's and the upper 10% of income brackets.

All that Ron Paul said was that, we need to understand, for our own protection, why our enemies did what they did: we have had economic sanctions on Iraq for ages.

aLL these sanctions do is effect the poor. Does nothing to Saddam.
It caused starvation of the Iraqi people; sewage to be in the streets; and unclean water coming to their homes. Of course they are going to hate us.
Of course radical Muslims will be bred.

The CIA has been at this game of regime change and meddling with other peoples business for decades. The've orchestrated assassinations, they're part of a drug cartel and racket--they keep drugs illegal so they can sell them themselves, for enormous profits--and how useful were they at preventing 9-11?

It is safer for the American people to have a relationship with other countries that fosters good will. Why would they fly planes into our buildings, if all we do is trade with them at a fair price, and we don't stick our nose in their business and march up and down their land with our military 24-7?

Ask me anything about Ron Paul, and I'll get you an answer that you'll like if you're are somewhat reasonable. Holy shit, I couldn't believe how hostile some of the people here are! Ron Paul would get my vote...if I didn't shutter at the thought of getting called in for jury duty. Registering to vote and getting called in for jury duty is like getting sentenced to multiple days in traffic school for holding a valid driver's license.
