I need 2 find a good cure for acne on my shoulders, back and chest quick. It seems 2 be much worst around post cycle or towards the end if I taper down. I do usually get a few here and there while I'm cycling but not as bad as post cycle. I have tried
500 mg Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) up to 2000 mg per day, it seems to help a bit but not enough. I'm going on vaca soon and I wont be able to take the shirt off to show off the hard work I've put in with these freakish looking tumor zits. Anybody have a non prescription solution that might help? What's the pros secret? Any info is appreciated fellas. Thx

Nizoral 2% shampoo and ISOTREX accutane gel combo (with anti bact soap) worked on my arms. and they were nasty with zits and red marks from heat or some shit. cleared it up nice. just a few zits here and there now. took time though.........

same thing here I still have them bad, never had them there until I started my cycle. They cleared up on my chest, but the shoulders are still kinda bad. i'll try what u suggested warbird

yeah, just the nizoral 2% worked after about say a week or two of daily application of a drop to an arm lathered up. then i recently acquired the accutane gel....that stuff is lethal for drying the skin up. :) just a little aloe helps with the dryness though. i think you could get by with just nizoral, but the accutane is helping even moreso.

thanks for the advise WARBIRDWS6, that is the kind I was looking for, I'll see if I can get my hands on some of each... 1 more question, the Nizoral 2% is a shampoo? Do you apply it directly to the worst areas with acne or to your scalp?

Bro acne is a common problem and could be cured many different ways depending on the severity i would recomend you get on an anibiotic(not bad for you at all and no sides either) called minocycline fet it from your doc should be a piece of cake i did bafore i used get it in tj for 20$ for 30 tabs you only need to take 100mg at the most daily, always had peoples as a kid i used a lot of shit to try to counter it but this stuff worked wonders and i also recomened it some other bro's on the elite and they had great results with it also.....read up on it yourself:rolleyes:

i put the recommended dosage on my scalp and let it settle in for 5 minutes.....but for the acne on the arms i just use a drop for each arm. its pretty potent and will lather up....so a drop will work for an affected area. unless its the whole back, then maybe a few drops. cleared up my red heat rash marks on my arms too BTW as well as most of the acne (still get a few here and there, nothing gets rid of every zit.)

Personally, I would stay away from all antibiotic products for acne use. The treatments are generally long term and you can develop a whole host of problems. In fact there is a website (see below) that keeps track of reported long term side effects. I became a celiac (gluten intolerant) and I blame long term antibiotic use. It kills your intestinal flora and I never quite recovered from that even with probiotic use. Digestive problems
are common with long term use of antibiotics:
