@abolone This is my type of workout for sure. Sorry I didn't see this get posted last night. I really like it hitting those legs really hard and then also working on the planks and chin ups.

( Telmisartan has been added in and has dropped last week was 128/90
Fasted Blood Glucose - 5.1 ( BG was up yesterday something well assess throughout the week and make some changes asap )
Changes made Mots-C bumped to 2mg, cals bumped training days 5418, resting days 4762.
