How has gear affected your performance? Increase or Decrease hand speed? Increase or decrease stamina?

After doing my first cycle a year ago I noticed that my hand speed got a lot slower. I've been trying to gain it back but it's taking a lot of effort. I just started my first week on gear and I was wondering if I should go light on the weights and concentrate on my hand speed to speed it up. Will this work?

Boxing and heavy weight training do not mix. Light weight - high rep explosvie work is best suited for boxing if you must lift. I don't see how AS would negatively impact hand speed - unless you were training incorrectly. Adding large amounts of mass will slow quickness. My advice is to use AS that are not known for their bulking characteristics. Some boxers employ the use of methytest for aggression during training. I wouldn't recommend it.
I would say a fina/winstrol stack with no heavy weight training would be an excellent cycle for a fighter. Additionally, I have never seen a boxer worth a shit hitting the weights heavy(20+years). I have seen some former lifters and football players who were quite bulky make a transition to boxing in the heavyweight/lt. heavy and even cruiser classes, however.
 
I did a winny only cycle, put on about 8lbs. and it did not hurt my stamina or speed. However, when I did sust I felt it bulked me up to much and I was not as good a boxer. I am in the superheavy weight class so I guess bulking up is not a problem for me. I would like to try anavar/winny next to add strength and power without bulking up alot. let me know if you have any good results when you use winny.
 
Well right now I'm on Test and Eq. I think I'm gonna lower the test dosage a bit and keep a good dosage of Eq. Maybe I'll try some winny next time.

Anyone else?
