90% of gains in first 6 weeks?

I don't think people expect to make crazy gains after eight weeks, it's wanting to at least not take a step back on the gains you made.

So does this also mean introducing a new compound, say weeks 8-12 (winny) is a waste?

Led says introducing a strong compound at the enD of a cycle can get you a little more gain, but its short lived. About 2 weeks at best
 
Myostatin levels increase over time and pretty much are maxed out at week 8 of a cycle, so any muscle gain after that is technically impossible without bringing the levels down.

damn interesting shit. ive always wondered why all my cycles i gain 15lb in the first 6-8 then i just lean out not bulk up. i thought it had to do with calorie deficiency as i grew. always contiplated a 6 week cycle then pct and break then another 6 week again.
