Now, I know, that's not a lot, but I have not lifted in over a year. Also considering the fact I use to rep with 315 as much as needto use to misspell words (don't get you panties in a bunch, I can't spell either).

I still have the George Foreman gut, but with my GF grill that is going away too.

Big ups to all you bors out there training hard

thats a GREAT start. many have to work years to get 225 for reps.

I'm at the 225 for 8 reps 3 sets mark as well man! Loving it up here on the double wheel cloud.

It's time to start adding 10's or maybe even try 25's next time though...

Good job on the 225. I remember when I started back in college in the early eighties I had trouble with 135. When I finally hit the 225 mark for reps I rememember the feeling. I'm 44 now and rep 315 for five or six for my last set of bench. So keep at it, it seems once you can get that 225 mark for reps your size and strenght will start to come on, and you can really start to build

There IS something that just looks good with the bar and 2 plates on either side.
3 looks even better.........you'll get back there soon enough......just take it slow and avoid injury. Congrats
