63 days prior to slaughter ?

I'm just wondering why Finaplix- h should be used in feedlot heifers only during approximately the last 63 days prior to slaughter?

Does that mean that any one who uses Fina should be slaughtered after 63 day ? ( joking )

Any answer for the first part of my post ?

Thanks

Maybe so the heifers will keep their gains? I don't think nolva or clomid are part of a normal heifer cycle :)

one reason is to reduce residue levels of the hormone in the muscle tissue since humans will be eating that meat afterwards. There are standard values for the acceptable daily intakes (ADIs) and maximum residue limits (MRLs) for all veterinary drugs used in livestock production. For trenbolone implants, cattle must obviously undergo a 63 days withdrawal period prior to slaughter to get the drug out of the system.

Why then is the product to be used "only during approximately the last 63 days prior to slaughter". That doesn't imply 63days of withdrawl, that implies using the product up to slaughter starting not more than a couple of months before.

so does a cows testoterone production get shut down from tren? i always wonder how other animals would recover from a shut down. for some reason i think humans are the most fragile when it comes to things like this.

A cow is a female. Why do you care?
