I gotta agree with Milhouse on this one. Her damn attorney will move to have her tried in another state because of the horrible nature of her crime will make it difficult for her to get an impartial jury. Of coarse there is no such place in this country. She admited doing it, has made statements that have been recorded, the photos of the children on every TV in the country....yeah she's gonna get an impartial jury....like hell!!!! I say just move to the sentancing phase of the trial as we don't need to deal out a guity verdict on this one, there is no doubt she did it, just sentance the witch and burn alive at the stake!!!!!That would be justice.

She will be put to death, Texas will execute the mentally ill. If not she will be the exception. I think the husband will get charged with child endangerment once it gets recorded in court that he has reason to believe she would harm the children...IF thats the case that bastard deserves to die for allowing her the chance to kill the children, if he didn't try to get her locked up. If Her Dr refused to lock her up then thats the only way I see in letting him off the hook.

Texas is one of the few states that WILL execute the mentaly ill. Legislation to overturn that recently failed.

Ryan: I don;t watch those shows very often either. I just personally have a hard time using conditions to explain away things.

Some people are fucked up. They do fucked up things, things harmful to others in our society. It doesn;t mean the system should view them differently.

Matt, as gov Rick Perry explained when he vetoed the bill, there are already laws in place that prevent the mentally retarted from being executed. If any one of the jurors believes he or she is actually retarted, then he or she CANNOT be executed.
