Ive been on HRT for Im thinking a year and a half now. 200mg Test, 21iu GH weekly. Have done a blast with 400mg Primo, and a certain period used very lose dose Deca for joints.
Im 5'10, 235, 7.5% BF via dunktank. Late 30s, training for 20+ years. I was going to hit a blast of 400mg Test, 400mg Masteron, and 50mg Var a day for 10 weeks. Ive always been strong, and put on muscle easy....Im more looking to get benefits from recovery, and cut up a little for summer. Im going to be hitting it hard starting in a few weeks double sessions, lots of intervals, but still moderate powerlifts and olympic lifts. I just do not want to put on tons of weight too fast in a fashion my doc is like WTF is going on. Is jumping up to 400mg Test going to make a huge difference for 10 weeks, or as long as I keep calories down and training alot, I can stay lean and not put on a boatload of weight? Or would it be safer to stick to 200mg Test, and add 400mg Mast and 50mg day Var just to "lean out" more and assist in recovery from hard training sessions? Or maybe just bump up Test to 300mg week for that period? Or am I being paranoid about 200mg extra Test in my system making that much of a difference over a short period of time? haha...sorry for ignorance....just do not want to raise eyebrows, getting leaner can always be passed off as doing more intervals and eating strict...
