took 2 of those babies on an empty stomach with some water, hopped on the tredmil and about 5 minutes into my cardio session i puked my brains out and then finished my workout.

Anyways, I started out with a CKD about 2.5 weeks ago, but switched from the CKD to Mr.x's Anabolic Peanutbutter Diet. I think i got way better results from the peanutbutter/protein diet.
