Approved Log Abolones Strength / Growth Journal - Testosterone, Primobolan, Mast, HGH, Insulin Cycle

Check in done this morning, looking like were in a good position. @UGL OZ !!!!
Doses stay the same @ 260mg injection frequency is daily running Platinum test e 250mg.
Mots c @ 1000mcg Has been added into the mix, along side bpc157 500mcg and tb500 500 mcg.
that's all that was changed.

Day 4 Secondary Bench day

Mid Grip Bench
2x4 @ 135
2x6 @ 125

Shoulder press
2x8 @ 30s ( front delt cant handle the load )

Single Arm Seated Row
2x12 @ 47.5kg

Cable Lateral Raise
2x12s @ 5kg

Rear Delt Flies
2x12s @ 5kg

Arms
Tricep push downs 2x12
Single Arm push downs 2x12
Bicep curls ez bar cable 2x12
single arm bicep curls 2x12

deload week nothing extreme going on just managing my fatigue body feels good overall, booked the pshyio on monday to check out my left delt.
Diets been very consistent, hydration also, Sleep etc all on point sleeping average 6.5hrs ( please dont tell me i need more i work 60hr weeks it isnt happening, haha.. ) Mots c seems to be A-OK i guess energy is up through-out the day??

Training overall mentally im feeling ready to move some weight cant wait till this health phase is over going to really ramp things up again!

No changes to anything cals still the same @ 5000 on training days. 4450 on rest days
HGH bumped from 6iu to 7iu just for recomp purposes while im eating at maintenance,
PEDS 260mg a week of @UGL OZ platinum testosterone, 20iu Lantus Slin , 7iu HGH , mots c 1000mcg, tb500, 500mcg bpc157 500mcg, 5-amino-1mq 100mg daily
Training nothing overly heavy just chipping away back into a new block this week so should be fun!
Body Weight Sitting around 106.3-106.8kg
