I am actually going to join a Crossfit gym with my buddy and his girlfriend. We're going to go 2 times a week. I am loving this and getting in shape too
haha no I ain't trying to, its alittle extreme yes but I probably will end up only doing half or taking numerous amounts of breaks and stretches but I will take your advice good sir
