What crossfit did for me.

That looks about like crossfit
 
I think its a good sport, at first I thought "how gay" but the more I watch the more I want to try it, i'm going to be adding a crossfit workout one day a week to my bbing routine, first workout ill be doing is

run treadmill 10 min
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 body squats
treadmill 10 min incline walk

Whoa, whoa, whoa, are you trying to hurt yourself?
Do that last threadmill walk at a flat setting.
 
WOD Today I started with our normal warm up

14 minutes

8 Front Squats
8 push ups
8 Pull ups
20 back extentions

I got 5 rounds

I am actually going to join a Crossfit gym with my buddy and his girlfriend. We're going to go 2 times a week. I am loving this and getting in shape too

haha no I ain't trying to, its alittle extreme yes but I probably will end up only doing half or taking numerous amounts of breaks and stretches but I will take your advice good sir

This is above is a silly workout

Try this

10 pull ups
15 pushups
20 Body Squats
20 Double Unders

Do this for 5 rounds (1 minute rest between rounds)
