Rack pulls from just below knee hight Zed said add 20lb on each side I went @ 127kgs 282lbs 5 reps that's 1 1/2 times my body weight lol
2 then strapped up again 2 then again then 1
Put a shrug at the top of each then lowered the weight 90kg done 10 reps with shrugs.
Now those are some RACK PULLS!

I gotta say guys we should all keep an eye on RyanArnett, he's a been quietly working away killing it in the gym and he's already lost over 110lbs since he started training. He's got heart and determination even though his elbow is hurt he's keeping calm and carrying on... killing it! :evil:

I also was just telling Zed yesterday that since the start I've lost 8lbs I'm almost sure it all fat too don't seem to have lost any muscle.

Thats why I gave em to you suga. You were having so much trouble on the DL I was afraid you might hurt yourself and we cant afford the down time from a back issue. So with the HEAVY rack pulls and the added leg work and continuing squats IMO your g2g.

Great news Donna... can't wait to see your pics.. Since starting the 5x5 my clothes are getting tighter, I'm sure it's mostly muscle but I know some fat is creeping on too..

Really pissed with this today in my head I had these done before I started then nearly dropped the bar on me set 2 after that kinda put me off ;( I can't understand why as last session I done 10x3 same weight

Upright rows 35kg 77lbs wide narrow wide 4x8

All together pretty gutted bout today but there's always next time !!

Guys im at college this afternoon and evening so posting up my cal breakdown now got all my meals in tup tubs lol started a whole new diet yesterday do hope this works a lil better.

My pr is 42 in a row. Last week I did 34 at the end of my workout. Adding muscle adds strength, but it also adds weight which makes pullups and pushups harder.

Ok boobsy when this happens you should come back and do all you can to get your total reps in even if you have to do singles. And then next session you would keep the same weight and see if you can get 5x5 out of it.

I would like for you google Dave Tate and really watch his bench press program. That right there is gonna add weight to your bench and help you to keep from getting injured. And of course I need a vid of you doing these plz.

Ok I feel bad today as I stuck to my diet to the letter apart from cheat meals but tonight I was out shopping and ate a big mac now I feel guilty but hey I ran past dinner time and when you Gota eat you Gota eat lol
So I'm ashamed to put my calorie intake up lol but here it is ;)

Even when you have a goal in mind I find its OK to cheat every once in a while to treat yourself cause lets face it we are working our asses of and being very disciplined in our diets and its a nice pat on the back to myself every once in a while though I always make it up with extra cardio. Its a vicious cycle damn it
