Ahhh, but do you notice the things he doesn't need? I'm not a "girlie" girl, not by any stretch of the imagination. I own exactly ONE pair of high heels that I've worn twice. I am not a clothes horse, I rarely wear makeup (I'm emotionally high maintenance, not materially), I like solitude and my cats (well, so does he), I am NOT house proud nor do I enjoy decorating or making a house pretty, in fact, I don't give a shit. I need it functional which means I have cardio equipment in the dining room (that I can move into the kitchen to create ritual space) and a basement full of weight training equipment. I also clean haphazardly at best and I literally have patio furniture in my living room (I live slightly like it's animal house ... the patio furniture is the wicker looking kind, it's pretty cat proof). I feed him breakfast but he's responsible for the rest of the meals.
And I'm an only child.
Lol...fair enough. It's good to be self aware. But consider that you are talking to someone who has been beyond self sufficient handling most everything inside and outside the house and enjoys it. Plus I am much more attracted to a pony tail, t-shirt and cutoffs out working in the yard with me. So yeah, it still sounds as though he has it pretty darn good. Okay, gym time!
