Rotissiere Chicken Nutritional Info (COSTCO)

Does anyone know the nutritional values of one of these without the skin? Googling can find the nutritional info, but the fat content is so high that I can only assume it includes the skin.

Is there anything injected into these things that I don't know of? ie, butter?

They taste awesome and I eat the whole thing for a meal when I get one. I don't eat the skin so it seems pretty safe.

Anyone know the calories and macro splits for the whole chicken WITHOUT the skin?

Thanks!

you can ask for the ingredients.

i will bet both my nuts it will contain hydrogenated oils, soybean oil.. both of which should be avoided.

typically turkey is injected with salt to preserve it, the chicken could be as well. remember they don't want their meats going bad sitting waiting to be bought so using preservatives is a cost saver which they can then carry over to the consumer.

if you want to buy a whole chicken cooked you need to find a whole foods. or make it yourself. its more expensive but its the only healthy way
