cutting diet proportions

I'm 185 lbs with +/-12% and I want to drop to 2-3%bf in 1months.
To cut the best way as possible,which proprtions would you choose: 1°) 60%p/20%c/20%f
2°) 50%p/30%c/20%f
3°) 60%p/40%c/10%f
I have a moderate-slow metabolism and I won't use any AA'S while this cycle.
BTW,would you do cardio ?
 
I would do 30% fat, 30% carbs, 40% protein. Cardio at least 4 times a week, I like to do it 6 times a week :D...but I don't lose muscle easily.

How many cals a day are you gonna eat?
 
at your weight and BF you could start out at 2500, but I would probably go with about 12 cals per lb bodyweight. So 2200 cals is what i would do.
