i am trying to eat/supplement 250-300 g of protein.
i try and break it up into at least 50g protein into 5 meals.
sometimes if i miss a meal i'll double up to 100g on the next meal.
here's the question
i recently read that you shouldn't eat more than like 50 g of protein per meal cause the body cannot break it down correctly.
is this true??
