I am 39. I am 165 cm short , and wiegh 59.9 KG at 14% body fat (measuered by scales ) I have dieted down 30 Kg frin 89KG. Ny bodyfat was 35 %.
I work out six days a week,
20 min cardio
One body part . 3 reps of 10 , then as many reps to failiure as I can do.
Every time I finish one excercise, I leave a few min and then do it again to
failiure.
If I feel overtrained I take a day off ( or if I get a lot of back pain) like today.
I did not loose any LBM due to dieting and I have gained about 2LBs.
I would like more stregth and defininition. My muscle quality seems g
ood and I gain strengh very slowly , but no size.
Could some one suggest a good first cycle. I would prefer something that
will stay and add quality muscle.
I am more interested in strengh and hardness ( specially striation ) than huge
bulk gains.
I have read a lot about cycles, but it is so much information it seems to amke it harder to design my own cycle.
I can get winstrol and Dianabol very easyly. My liver values where tested
2 days ago and they are very good. Cholesterol also good.
If you think its too eartly thats Ok , but I have hit a major plateau , and training more gives me back pain and does not seem to add muscle or
lower body fat ?
What would a sensible BF goal be ? 11 % ?
I can looose any more weight cus im really skinny , I nead to add LBM.
