Pain In Right Upper Abdomen

When I take deep breaths, I have a minor sharp pain in the right upper abdomen. What could that be from? Suggestions? Thanks!

usually it's nothing, unless the problem persists for a few days. How long have you had it?

there mighe be a slight pull/strain in the muscle or even in a more rare case a sports hernia. but that would more than likely be visible

Had it for a week. Maybe it is from doing heavy dead lifts. Who knows.

Liver and gallblater are up there, right side just around/under ribs . I get pain in my upper side there sometimes (gallbladder when i eat a lot of fatty food probably small gallstones), lasts about a week Normaly.

i just talked to my doctor about somethting similar. he said it is most likely sore muscles, probably the intercostals. nothin to worry about unless it its ALWAYS around and doesnt go away. try stretching and maybe take a few days rest and see how you feel
