Hey there fellas. Figured I would drop in and ask a quick question. I am currently running a cycle of Lixus Labs RIP blend 225 (Tren Ace, Test Prop, Masteron Prop) I am sitting at 6'0, 200lbs roughly around 10% bf. I am aiming to cut down to 185-190 whilst putting on as much quality lean muscle mass as I can. I have only been on cycle for a week and haven't seen much yet. Maybe I am just being impatient, but I just wanted to see if I could get some second opinions. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio a day on training days, as well as rest days. My diet consists of this:
Breakfast
Egg Whites
Oats
Coffee
Meal 2
Lean Steak
Brown Rice
Mid-morning
Chicken
Sweet Potato
Broccoli
Lunch
Fish
Brown Rice
Broccoli
Mid-afternoon
Chicken
Sweet Potato
Broccoli
Pre-Workout
Tilapia
Brown Rice
Coffee
Post-Workout
Protein Shake with Glutamine, Creatine, and Vitargo
Broccoli
Any suggestions would be awesome, much appreciated ahead of time!
For reference: I am usually rolling with 1 cup of broccoli, brown rice/sweet potaters and other carbs. 8oz ish of the meats.
