Heat rash??

Got a bad heat rash on my back may even be stress aggravated ,anyone else experience this? 2 weeks off of some cyp btw. Back also breaking out a little due to all the cremes and krap ive been trying. Suggestions?

any anti-histamine should help and if it doesn't go see a doc.

Is this a regular or normal reaction? Rash went from red to brownish, does that mean its getting better/worse or drying up? f-k this sucks

What does the anti-histamine do? btw- It seems to have worked as its gotten better
