I just got one here lately. When I run I get up to 195 bps and when I am lifting my bps stays in the 145-170 range. Is this too high? I cant seem to lower it without taking way to much time between sets which is not an option because I'll go crazy just waiting around for my next set.
Also my bpm are the same regardless if i take ECA stack or dont. My resting heart rate is higher on ECA but the same when I'm working out.
What are your bpm's when your lifting?
