Just push in the air, pull the plunger bach out and use a clothes pin or something to hold it out. Leave it sit for a few hours and when you get back, boom, a full 3cc filled syringe.
I just use a dropper bottle. You can get one at a vitamin or healthfood store. Just fill it up with water and count how many droppers full the bottle holds, then do the math. You will then know how much liquididex each dropper full contains. The dropper I use holds 4 mg (1 ml) of anastozole. Therefore I use about 1/4 of a dropper full every day. I like this method because it's alot easier and quicker than drawing the liquidex up into a syringe.
