yeah. i realized that when i saw there were only 2 weight classes. are those really big wimmin going to make me look small?


actually - what I'm most concerned about is that there might not be any competition. as in "no other entrys". i've been looking at results from the past couple of years. contestants are dwindling. i think i'd rather come in last in a pack of 10 than to be the only one there. oi.

...and they've changed it to the GNC
NPC San Diego Bodybuilding & Figure Championships. it was the "world gym" championships.

here's the woman who won last year, and she was in the heavy class all by herself. she didn't win overall. contest weight -124.

lightweight Tamar Fidelman won overall. contest weight = 113.

sorry - that was 2005. 2006 she came in lightweight and overall.

so. who qualifies for nationals? overall winner?

Usually the overall winner yes.

at 140 pounds you will be the a bit shorter than the lightweight class winner and 25 pound heavier.

you will also be 5-8 inches shortter than the other heavyweights and just as thick
