Pre-Contest Log: Shredding for the Stage

I tried eating a sub for a cheat and couldn't finish it. Freaking sucks. I am hungry every couple hours but can only eat small portions before I feel full.

K has been fkn cheating like 3 days a week and is down 6 pounds WTF!
 
Workout: Legs B
- Lying hamstring curls- 60lbs, 4x20
- Romanian deadlifts- 105lbs, 4x15
- Seated adductor machine- 50lbs, 3x20
^superset: Seated abductor machine- 60lbs, 3x20
- Walking lunges- 4x15 per leg
^superset:DB plie squats- 25lbs, 4x20

Followed by 30min cardio
 
Workout: Chest & Arms
- Incline DB chest press- 30lbs, 4x12
- Incline dumbbell flys- 25lbs, 4x15
- Rope pressdowns- 55lbs, 3x20
- Straight bar pressdowns- 90lbs, 4x10
- Barbell curls- 60lbs, 3x10
- Incline curls- 20lbs, 3x20

Followed by 30min cardio, 20min sauna
 
Today was a rest day... Tomorrow starts phase 2, workout will change drastically. Just had a look at it, I'm pretty stoked
 
Monday:
AM fasted cardio, 30min

Workout: Legs
- Leg extensions- 4x25, 30lbs
-Squats- 4x10, 105lbs
-GIANT SET 3x15: Lying Ham curl 70lbs, Hack squat 120lbs, Leg press 120lbs
- Single leg leg extensions- 4x15, 30lbs
 
Today's workout: Chest
- Pec Deck- 4x25, 50lbs
- Incline Barbell- 3x10, 95lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15: Incline DB press 30lbs, Decline DB fly 25lbs, Hammer strength incline 70lbs
- Cable crossovers- 4x15, 40lbs

Followed by 30min cardio
