Junior bodybuilder 30weeks log HGH/AAS

Hello my name is tim and this is my first logg ever. I am a junior bodybuilder and i did 2 competitions in the netherlands.

Little stats: 25 januari 2014
1.85m
104kg
Bf 9%

Food basics for me at this moment are,

Morning:
100g oats
1 scoop whey protein
2 appels

Split over the day:
800g rice "basmati"
1kg chicken
300g vegies

When working out:
Whaxymaize
Bcaa's

After workout:
Whey protein
Whaxymaize

Before going to bed:
500g French lean cheese 1% fat

So here is a quick heads up:

Running HGH 3iu 5times a week started on 19 december 2013 and still running it!

Started my new cycle on 25 januari 2014.

(25jan until 16 feb)
Week 1 til 4 planned

Hgh 3iu 5day on 2off
60mg dbol ED
1200 test-e EW
600 bold EW
25mcg t3 ED

Today "7febuari"

Feeling good till so far, sonetimes my fingers tingel and my head hurts from the HGH but thata okey..

gained some water, loosing some definition right now because of the dbol.

Wheight: 109.2kg
Bf: i will check this every week one time so today i didnt check it.



So my plans in the future with tiss logg.

(25jan till 16 feb)
Week 1tm 4
60mg dbol ED
1200 test-e EW
600 bold EW
25mcg t3 ED

Week 5 tm 15 "hgh upgrade to 4iu"
(17 feb til 4 may)
900 test-e EW

25mcg t3 ED "stop after 10 weeks"


Week 16 till 20 "bridge"
(5 may till 8june)
300mg test-e EW

Week 21 till 30 "tren deca"
(9june till 17august)
900 Test-e EW

Week 30 till? Im planning this around that time with my coach.

Week 4

So tomorrow its monday and thats the day that i really start loggin, I was not feeling verry wel for a few days, a had a virus a few weeks before i started, it was right after my competition with a bodyfat of 5,5% and i got the exact same thing a few days ago....

But! I was beeing able to eat so i hope i didnt lose mutch gains, im looking a little bit harder in the mirror so thats a good thing now im on dbol.

I hate it when my face swolls up because of the water holding, no matter how perfect my diet is, i always hold water in my face when im running dbol in my cycle..

So i hope i wake up all better and fit again tomorrow! So i can post my stats!

finally someone who isn't 150 pounds and 22 who wants to run a cycle who chimes in with a thread.

So goodday everybody,,

I was telling you yesterday im not feeling well so thats because of a reason, i had an alergic reaction on the growth hormone and i got an infection in my bellyfat, I already had this one time before when i was running omnitropin on 2iu everyday. so what i do now is not inject it in the bellyfat any more.. for my it only goes well if i inject it right into the muscle. and now ket the infection rest and it wel go away in 1,5/2 week i guess. last time it was 1,5 week so i would by fine then.

now i was thinking should i train or not, and i have decide to take a one week rest week, that for shocking my body, it is not used to "not train for a week" i keep the diet the same.

today im:

Weight: 109,3kg
Bodyfat: can say that right now because of the infection but i still got my abs!

here is a picture for now, not showing off my belly becuase thats something you rether not see right now :p
