Pre-Contest Log: Shredding for the Stage

Workout: Back
- Seated pulley rows with Rope- 4x25, 60lbs
-Underhand barbell rows- 4x10, 80lbs
-GIANT SET, 3x15: Underhand pulldown 80lbs, Hammer strength Low row 50lbs, stiff arm pulldown, 30lbs
-Lat pulldowns- 4x15, 80lbs

Really enjoying everything...happy girl right here ;)

lol Do you always workout on your 'cheat' meal day? Is it ever an off day?
My off days are Wednesday and Sunday...cheat meal day is Friday. :)

I wouldn't be able to live w myself if I cheated on an off day lol
 
If you are going to have a cheat day, its always best to do it on a workout day.

Haven't checked in for a while....So hows this prep going? Still looking good, and on track for the show?

Workout: Shoulders
- Cable lateral raises- 4x25, 10lbs
- Overhead DB press- 3x10, 30lbs
- GIANT SET, 2x15- Reverse pec deck 50lbs, DB side lateral raise 10lbs, front raise 10lbs
- Machine press- 4x15, 60lbs
