Circuit training, cross training, whatever?

I want to try a different training routine.

I don't want any more low rep, high weight stuff.

My goals now are to cut and be in good (better) cardiovascular shape AND have more endurance. I notice now, even though I can do a few reps of extreme weight with good form, I can only do tiny weights for 12-15 reps!

Anyway, I don't know what the difference is between super-set training, circuit and cross training but I know I want to do something that is higher reps with less breaks and keeping the heart rate up. The weights just need to be enough to maintain not grow more mass.

If anyone has a good routine for this (I am thinking full upper body in one workout) I'd love to see your workout!
