It's great to hear good feedback. I was pretty down about the not so great progress and the increased BF (but it could be wrong). I really need to work on a better diet. I still have a lot of work to do on lower body.

The bf% is wrong it can't be higher then the first set of pics.

Did you use the same type of test. Was it a bodyfat scale?
