Agreed. Exodus, 8 @ 250 oughta translate to getting 3 wheels up once. You should get at least 2 with 280, IMO.
Hard to say on a regular deadlift, but 8 SLDL with 315 is pretty good--probably close to 405 in the conventional style. You should try it in the near future
