Your Max Bench, Dead, Squat ?

I'd say closer to 300-320 for bench, 380-400 for both squats and deads... Only estimates though, which we know are meaningless until you actually test them :)
 
Bench, 315.
Squat, 295.
Dead, 375.

I haven't tested my squat in ages. I will fairly soon, and am sure I'll be able to hit 315. My bench as of about 5 weeks ago, was 300. Dead was about 5 weeks ago as well.

5'9. 170 lbs.

By July, I'm hoping to hit 315 again on bench, 315 on squat, and 405 deadlifting.
 
all raw, i never even tired a belt on :)

squat - 365x2
deadlift - 405, rack deadlift - 405x3-4
bench press - 355

not bad considering my age and height and weight :D
 
jeez lord sust. i;'d hate to be on the receieving end of one of your punches...

how long u been training? you follow a powerlifting type routine i take it...
 
ah, why not.


Bench - 275 for 7 - 1RM last tested at 305 over three years ago
Squat - 335 (5x5) - 1 RM unknown since I've been going past parellel
Dead - 450 no chalk, 480 with.

All Raw (no belts, I'm just a recreational bber)

5'11" 190lbs

I NEVER DO DEAD LIFT BUT I'D SAY 275

DEAD = 275 GUESSING

Just so you can see what a belt, equipment, and chalk can do, here are those numbers:

Squat 400
Bench 270
Deadlift 430

...almost a 200 pound difference in total.

Looks like the deadlift benefits least from the special equipment. That normal?

wow!!! thats frickin amazing...my squats 185-- would a belt really help??? I sorta thought using it was like cheating (no offense).
