I was wondering, I typically do my cardio in the morning after I lift. So lets say I get up at 8am, shower, and then apply the Yohimburn DF to the areas I want widdle down (chest, abs, love handles/lower back). Then I wait about 30-45 min for it to dry and then I go workout for an hour, and then about 30-45 min of cardio. Of course, now I'm going to take a shower, is this just wasting the Yohimburn or what?
NO. that is a more than sufficient amount of time between application and showering
Also, I tan before I lift, will the Yohimburn be bad for this or not?
No, its fine. though would not apply to areas that touch the tanning bed
