Starting a course, been several of years since my last. Open to critiquing, suggestions.
I’m 38, 39 in July, been for lifting for 20 years. I’m an ectomorph. Started at 61kg/135lb, now 87kg/192lb. Lifting 6 times a week.
I’ve previously done Sus, Deca, Winstrol and Anavar. I’ve tolerated these well with little to no side effects. I want to increase LBM and cut fat, as well as a nice midlife boost for wellbeing.
I will be using Test-E, Eq and Anavar with Nolva and Aramosin.
My course:
Week 1-12 500mg Test-E
Week 13-18 250mg Test-E
Week 1-12 600mg Eq
Week 13-16 400mg Eq
Week 13-18 Anavar 60mg ED
Week 20-25 PCT (please suggest a pct or even any form upkeep upkeep during cycle.)
