I think Joe is going to get himself into some serious trouble. He would eventually lose his medical license and would probably never practice again in the US. What Joe should do is open up shop in Mexico. People go on an 8-week vacation and come back big and ripped. Kind of like a women’s beauty spa, but for men.

To put it this way AS is classified as a Schedule III Drug. Which means the Feds are going to monitor his prescription forms. If prescriptions aren't validated for medical use than he will loose his medical licenses and could face punishment!

There are already doctors that do that. The one that I talked to sends injectables pre-loaded and writes scripts for tablets. If you are diagnosed hypogonadic then you can receive treatment for it. There are no guidlines set in stone as to what proper treatment for hypogonadism includes so it is up to the doctors discretion. If the media made a big deal out of it his state medical board might try and shut him down but so far everything is running smoothly. There are a bunch of anti-aging clinics that come and go but they mainly only write scripts for test and HGH and sometimes charge outrageous prices. Yet another example, if you have enough money in America then the law doesn't apply to you. The less wealthy will have to continue to go underground while congress can pass laws that don't seem to apply to them.
