workout routine while on cyp and deca

wud up guys...im takin 400mg of deca 200 week and 500mg of test cypionate a week. im starting my 3rd week...my workout routine pretty much goes like this...... monday-chest tuesday-back wednesday-shoulders thursday-bis tris friday-legs is this a good order for a 5 day split while using the juice???...just curious
 
That is fine. It's one of the more traditional training schedules out there and should serve you well regardless of AAS or not. It's not so much the days you do what, it's more about the intensity when you train. The gear helps you recover faster so go all out every training session to get the most out of it and also make sure your diet is on track as well. I recommend about 1.5 to 2 grams protein per lb of body weight and also get about 20-25 Kcals per lb of body weight as well if you want to grow.

thanks bro....now how intense when you say that
 
When I say intense I mean stay in a rep range of about 6-8 reps and go to positive failure on the last rep of the set. Positive failure in my vocabulary means where you can't complete another rep in good form and either need to cheat or have a spot to get it out. Rest about 1.5 - 2 mins between sets on large muscle groups like legs, chest and back and 60 - 90 sec on the smaller muscle groups. Also do drop sets on your last sets. Those are killers and give me monster pumps and if you do everything else I told you before, this will make you one big bad ass looking mofo.
